Cats' Night Out

A late present for 's second DA birthday, though how late is difficult to determine due to some confusion between the two of us over exactly what constitutes a DA b-day.

I had the pic concept and title in my head from the very beginning: one of Penelope Pussycat and Sylvia (Sylvester's wife from "A Mouse Divided") enjoying a night in the town with their new friend Rita from Animaniacs. It was a nice excuse to draw three of my favorite characters at once. And yes, I meant to draw Rita shorter than the other two; she's a lot smaller in stature than your typical WB cartoon cat whenever she stands upright, so it's only natural that anthro Rita would be on the petite side.
